This new store within an existing Barnes & Noble, spans an expansive 26,000 square feet and is designed with an unwavering focus on creating an unparalleled client experience. The layout embraces the dynamic interplay of light and space, seamlessly weaving together private showrooms, bespoke displays, and dedicated environments for brand partners, offering a refined and engaging atmosphere.

Among its key features, the store includes a 1,700 square-foot space for Rolex, while Cartier occupies a dedicated 400 square feet, creating its own distinct environment. The thoughtfully designed floorplan also incorporates ample event space, seating areas, and a hands-on “watch bar” for the curated pre-owned collections.

The store is also equipped with workstations for client appointments, as well as extensive back-of-house areas to support the 70-member Radcliffe team—creating a seamless, functional environment for both clients and staff. The overall design strikes the perfect balance between luxury, sophistication, and functionality, ensuring a memorable and dynamic shopping experience for every visitor.

Working closely with Rolex, aesthetic signatures of the Genevan house outfit a dedicated Rolex showroom, private VIP lounge, and state-of-the-art watchmaking workshop. Steps away is a build-out for Tudor, complete with its own fixtures and furnishings, and a welcoming environment adorned by Cartier’s iconic red hue showcases the maison’s classic collections. The project features Breguet, Breitling, Grand Seiko, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Omega, Panerai, and TAG Heuer.

The floorplan also includes a hands-on “watch bar” for pre-owned collections, the Rolex Certified Pre-Owned collection, buildouts for Chanel, David Yurman, and Mikimoto. The customed designed showcases exhibit Buccellati, Elizabeth Locke, Fernando Jorge, Pomellato, Roberto Coin, Temple St. Clair, Vhernier, and more.

The Diamond Salon is accessible from the main showroom as well as its own entrance, through which guests are welcomed into a bright atmosphere with a special seating area for discreet appointments and the ultimate personalized experience. Adding to the allure of the new showroom, an extensive, ever-changing selection of pre-owned handbags and giftware are showcased in customed design environments and casework to best highlight their qualities.

Recognized for its excellence, the project was a finalist for WatchPro USA’s 2024 Best New Store of the Year and was featured in trade articles.
